Cory Chalmers, President of 1-800-Hoarders.com, has 14 years experience as a paramedic, 14 years with hazardous materials and emergency management, as well as 16 years of Hoarding/Biohazard response and remediation. Cory is often asked to be the keynote speaker at conferences and seminars throughout the United States and has been featured on a dozen or more television shows. He is responsible for the rapid growth of Steri-Clean from an owner operator, home based business to a million dollar company that now has locations throughout California. Cory runs a worldwide Yahoo cleanup talkgroup, online hoarding support groups, and several websites to assist the public with valuable resources and information to assist them when out of his coverage area. He is well known throughout the United States as the Hoarding industry leader.
JANELLE Janelle Brown – DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS – Janelle Brown has been a part of Steri-Clean, Inc. since 1997. Janelle began her time with Steri-Clean Inc. in the field performing biohazard cleanup and hoarding remediation. Today, Janelle oversees the daily operation of our office staff and is the head of our billing department. She plays a vital role in accounts receivable, scheduling of jobs, and all the day to day functions of our corporate headquarters office. Her expertise in all aspects of the company has proven to be a huge asset. Her ability to coordinate projects and interact with clients is irreplaceable.
rob Robert McKeever – PROJECT MANAGER - Joining Steri-Clean, Inc. in 2006, Robert was a long time field supervisor before being promoted to Project Manager. His experience in hoarding remediation has proven to be invaluable. Robert is a part of all monthly meetings for the San Bernardino County, Orange County, and Los Angeles County Hoarding Task Forces, and was a featured speaker during the recent Los Angeles Hoarding Forum hosted by the LA County Hoarding Task Force. Robert’s past military experience has proven to be extremely beneficial in teamwork and leading his crews. Robert handles almost all of the hoarding cases for Southern California. He handles the cases he is given in a timely manner and is very effective in assuring our client’s are happy with the services that Steri-Clean, Inc. provides.
chris king Chris King – PROJECT MANAGER - Chris has been a part of Steri-Clean, Inc. since early 2006. Starting out as a Field Technician, he worked his way up to Field Supervisor and eventually to his current position of Project Manager. Chris works in concert with Robert McKeever in tending to all of the hoarding cases and biohazard cleanup jobs for Southern California. Chris regularly attends the San Bernardino County, Orange County, and Los Angeles County Hoarding Task Force meetings. Chris handles all in house training and continuing hoarding education for field employees, as well as field training and operations. Chris is also certified in Lead Based Paint and is HAZWOPER certified. Chris has a naturally compassionate nature, and his incredible personality helps all clients feel comfortable in any situation.
mike Mike Mooney - OPERATIONS MANAGER – Mike Mooney came to Steri-Clean, Inc. with years of experience in the hoarding remediation and biohazard cleanup industry. Mike is an expert in hoarding and he truly understands the psychology behind the disorder. Since starting with our company, he has experienced the continuing growth of Steri-Clean, Inc. first hand by being promoted to running our entire Northern California operations. Mike oversees all field operations for Northern California, and is in charge of all the hoarding cases for the Northern California area. Mike is a key part of training and QA/QI for all field personnel.
tony Tony Leonardini – FIELD SUPERVISOR (NORTHERN CALIFORNIA) – Tony has been a part of Steri-Clean, Inc. since 2010. Tony is our main Field Supervisor for the Northern California branch of Steri-Clean, Inc. Tony is instrumental in the success of Steri-Clean, Inc., handling many of the hoarding estimates for Northern California as well as overseeing the sorting process for hoarding jobs from start to finish. Tony has a demeanor that makes all our clients comfortable in his presence, which allows him to work very closely with our clients to ensure they are 100% satisfied at the end of every job. Tony cares very much about his clients, and it shows in his attention to detail and the passion that he brings to Steri-Clean, Inc. every day.
kathryn Kathryn Chalmers – SPECIAL PROJECTS MANAGER – Kathryn Chalmers joined the Steri-Clean, Inc. family in early 2011. Kathryn is a dynamic and highly motivated manager with 13+ years of experienced in sales and marketing of consumer products, founding and leading a network of business consultants, and managing a specialty food service business. She is a proactive leader, and we are excited to have her on the team, helping our efforts to the expand the business through focused management and hands on leadership.

OUR HIGHLY TRAINED AND EXPERIENCED HOARDING REMEDIATION TECHNICIANS
Michael Arredondo, Kasey Gano, Brandon Green, Frank Kolb, Eli Sanchez, and Steve Shopa make up our team for Southern California. Jose Alvarez, Tony Leonardini, Ben Nelson, Jason Sampson, and Todd Williams represent our Northern California Branch. Our technicians and field supervisors are all highly trained and educated in the field of hoarding remediation.

Each one of them attend extensive initial introduction to hoarding as well as ongoing training sessions and updates on hoarding cleanup and the psychology behind hoarding disorder. All of our technicians are hired mainly for their compassionate nature and their ability to work with individuals in difficult situations. This isn’t to downplay their work ethic. This job is a physically grueling job at times, and all of our technicians go above and beyond their expected duties in assuring that our clients are always happy. We receive letters daily, thanking our crews for making this experience so wonderful.

Their strengths are not just physical but emotional as well. Steri-Clean, Inc. technicians are at times exposed to some of the most gruesome conditions one could imagine. They never complain and always provide a friendly smile and outstanding attitude. We truly have the best people working with us and I can’t thank them enough.
